I actually don't think nukcy cares so much that margret is sexually attracted to another man. he strikes me tas too pragmatic to give a shite about something like that. It's not like she DOESNT' have strong feelings for nuck

I had this pretty nice dream last night, about boardwalk empire, Juliane Nicholson should go to Van Alden and tell him " i told you the domestic situation would be taken care of, now you have to take care of me" and they should just go at it lol. she is single.

Another possibility is that Nelson gave his file to the female prosecutor in order to gain her trust and become more involved so that he could provide more info to Nucky.
BTW, I don't think the feds would let a female lead such an important investigation/prosecution. Hell, women didn't even have the right to vote until 1920.

the accents in this one were brutal. could barely understand those potatoes when they talk.
don't think the jimmy/lucky/lansky/capone thing will last much longer. nobody is going to want to play 2nd fiddle to jimmy and the shows better when they're on opposite sides. dissapointed we haven't gotten to see rothsteins take on everything.

Just watched it. To me, it seems the last 2-3 episodes have just been setting up the story line. Hopefully, we get some action next week.

Am I not the only one that noticed Nucky with the Feds? The fed was in the crowd and took out the guy that was supposed to kill him
You also see Nucky meeting with Jimmy and his crew.
I think Nucky gets out of his legal issues by cutting a deal and giving up everybody.
I could be way off cause I don't know where chalky fits in. Nor do I understand where Jimmys mom fricking Luciano again.
I find myself not really caring about Margaret either.

I think Nucky takes the leash off Chaulky and lets Chalky do the dirty work to get rid of Nucky's opposition. It would be a win win for Nucky and Chaulky. Chaulky would claim it for his people as the group thats been after him, and Nucky would be clean.
Now if this happens, I don't think it will work to plan....meaning I don't see them killing off any main characters.

Watched it last night. Everyone knew Margaret & Owen were gonna hook up I just liked the way it took Own murdering a traitor from the old country and Margaret getting the kiss off from her pious brother to bring the two together.
I imagine she'll feel extremely guilty when she finds out Nucky was laying shot while she was laying in bed with Owen.
Agent Van Alden and Lucy stuff is usually boring but I liked how she got Nucky involved. Just when I thought Van Alden was going to stool for Nucky he turns over his files to the DA Lady. Van Alden's storyline with Lucy is boring but he's an interesting character cause you never know what he'll do next.

I agree, but I wonder how this plays out since we know how Capone, Lansky, and Lucky all die. IMHO I like the show better when they include these three aforementioned mobsters. I hope bugsy gets more of a role and possibly in the future Costello.

What about the weird relationship between Jimmy and his Mom? Am I jumping the gun on this or does it seem like she is after whoever is in charge regardless of relationship?
