Yep. Besides, the nine-month hiatus will give us ample time to cook-up all kind of crazy, bizarre predictions for Season 4.

stay in touch, and let me know when you find Uncle Tio's bell.

I've read Vince Gilligan's interview and I know what he said, but I'm still not so sure I'm buying that Jesse shot Gale.
I was talking last night with my wife, who told me she rewatched the final scene. She seemed to think a light flickered from off to on as Gale was walking out toward the den, which would indicate that someone else was in his apartment with him. I still say there's a chance that Gus was in the bathroom when Jesse came to the door.
It just makes too much sense for next season if the writers don't want Jesse on the run. Although I hope that Gus isn't dead, because we are going to see Walt and Gus playing a bad arse game of chess.

Does anybody suppose that Walt somehow "neutralizes" Mike when Victor leaves to take care of Jesse, and that Jesse kills Victor leaving only Gus to be dealt with?

I don't see Walt being able to think quick enough on the fly to take out Mike. Unless Mike completely underestimates him... but I don't think Mike does that for anybody.
Walter is brilliant, but he is a planner I think.
The Cartel is coming back, and I can foresee Walter somehow saving Mike or Gus's life, or both... and them slacking off of him. Or perhaps the Cartel will kidnap Walter? Would that put Jesse in the driver's seat as a cooker for Gus?

If you watch the final scene, jesse has the gun pointed at Gale. The camera moves, but his arm does not. My guess is that Jesse dives into meth while dealing with killing an "innocent" man

I would love to see Hank's old partner and several DEA agents open the door of a customized van in the middle of a desert and find Tio's decaying body being eaten by flys and maggots.
His gnarled up hand would be on the bell and we would all know the cousins had left him there to go kill Hank.
Satisfaction would derived by all knowing that he sat in his chair ringing that damn bell for days and no one heard it.
He died alone realizing that if they never made it back, his boys were dead, Tuco's death was not avenged and that damn South American was still in power in the good ole USA.
Hope he ate a big plate of tamales for them to find in his pants!

Tchefuncte, Dignan, Chinese, tubococo, and everyone else, it's been great bantering back on forth about Breaking Bad this year. I can see that none of you want to let go and admit the season is over so you keep bumping the thread. You are Breaking Bad purists, each and every one of you, and I like it.

We are all junkies like Jesse.
Gus doesn't want anything to do with us.
Walt wants to help us.
DrSmartassPHD wants to analize us.
lets hope we don't end up like Combo and Tomas.

Walt's Deadly Solution
Watch "Walt's Deadly Solution." The look on Mike's face at the end says volumes.
ETA: click on the "Talked About Scenes" then click "Walt's Deadly Solution."

The last 5 minutes were intense as hell. Walt is one smart motherfricker.
+1
I was shocked and appalled at how whiney he got and how quickly he was willing to throw Jesse up in exchange of a long shot that it would buy him any more than a few minutes.
Was getting ready to hate him, and then he turns it around back to his cool bad arse mode with "I got you" written all over his face and tone of voice.

I say Walt somehow catches Mike in a rare off-guard moment and seizes his weapon. Right before he pops a cap into Mike's dome he says "no more half measures" then POW! Lights out! Jesse kills Victor, then Walt goes and deals with Gus. Season Four is going to be about Walt trying (unsucessfully) to get out of the meth biz.

I got on the Board this morning looking for a Breaking Bad Thread just like a junkie keeps looking for dope when they know in their head that it's gone.
ETA:That's a possibility Tiger and would fit with the writing. And I don't think Walt has any problem pulling the trigger anymore.

How did Gus know that Walt killed his "trusted employees?" He assumed? Why is Gus even associated with a couple of low-life street dealers? That is a bit unrealistic, but I guess it makes for interesting television. Skyler's car wash scheme is much better than Saul's laser tag idea. It's an older established business most likely with a large cash flow. Is she still banging Ted? She apparently no longer works for him. Does Walt have a gun that he can somehow use to kill Mike? Remember Walt was heading out to kill Gale when Victor stopped him; I don't recall neither Mike nor Victor frisking him. Maybe he has the revolver from season one in his pocket.
