Yes. Maybe it's like a 5 year ban because him and Evan have both hosted aftershows. You'd think if they were banned for life they'd just get rid of them altogether.

But it didn't end there ... cops say when they showed up, Zito violently resisted the arrest. So they used pepper spray to subdue him and take him into custody. Ouch.
He was charged with sexual battery and resisting an officer violently.
Zito remains in jail. A court date is set for July 16th.

FYI
If you have amazon prime, you can watch old seasons of The Challenge, including the Ruins when the alleged "toothbrush incident" takes place.
Kenny and Evan messed with Tonya so bad that season, every season honestly so I wouldn't be surprised if the toothbrush thing was real.
I think they'll both be back for the 25th season (next season). Hopefully, they'll bring back some of the older crew.

Well the earliest one you can watch is The Ruins. The first two you can watch have enough of the old crew to still be really good imo
