He was great with his small roll in Backdraft. He was a master of his craft.

I still crack up with his performance in Mash. He was a one versatile actor, RIP.

The long-running urban legend was Sutherland and Christie's scene in Don't Look Now (1973).

The guy that told Beatty that he witnessed was not on set according to Sutherland who denied the rumors. At this point, 50+ years after the fact? Who knows?
