look at rings of power. That giant turd cost 1 billion dollars just for one season with 8 episodes.
You think RoP cost 125 million per episode?

Like I said in the trailer thread, just give me something highly entertaining with some of my favorite current actors. I don't need it to be Oscar worthy. Just a solid movie with lots of blood, fighting, and well shot.
Yea I think this will be one for the theatres too. I was in middle school when the first one came out and wasn't allowed to see it, I would have liked to have seen the first in the theatres.
Watched the first one for the first time a year or two later on VHS with my 80 year old grandma. I don't ever remember hearing my grandma cuss or watch any type of violent TV or movies but for some reason she watched Gladiator and she cried at the end. Actually a fond and core memory of mine

I rewatched Gladiator for the how ever many timeth time the other night just because it was on so I just looked up the full trailer. It's Ridley Scott, the budget is enough to rule the world, and Denzel is one of the few actors on this planet who are still must watch. With that said it just looks like yet another remake/sequel to capitalize on a legendary movie from decades ago. They actually used the same exact classic lines, dressed him in the same armor, and had the same exact shot of him running into the arena. Lucius and Mescal just look like copies of Maximus/Crowe with all the bells and whistles, and Denzel looks like he's doing an SNL skit. Like I said it's Ridley Scott so it's no doubt going to be something to see, but it just has a silly vibe to me. Hans Zimmer pretty much sets the tone for every movie he's involved in, so not having him hurts enough but then setting the usual Denzel "HAHAAAAAA" to modern music literally made me bust out laughing. We'll see I guess

I did accidentally hear one spoiler and it’s fricking retarded. A rhino rider makes way more sense than this shite. Like, there’s no possible way the Romans could have done this. Just made me think of this gif which Dr Evil was actually after:
