quote:probably Harper’s & Yas downfall and the rise of Robert and former pierpoint employees such as Greg, Kenny, Daria etc. or the whole season revolves around Rishi fate.
Really hard to see how they can take this further.

This is where I’m at. I can see where it goes with Harper and I like the idea of bringing back Jesse Bloom. How do you incorporate Rob, Yaz, Eric and Rishi? I was expecting Rob to leave but he is the only one with a job. Not complaining we are getting more though and after the quality of this season I’m not too worried they won't be able to make it work.
I hope this gets some Emmy recognition. Rishi most of all.

I just realized the irony of Henry raising Yaz and Rob’s bastard child

I like the show, so I'm ok with it coming back as long as they have good ideas for it.
That would have been a great series finale though.

Watched the first 2 episodes of season 3 after binging the first 2 seasons over the last couple of weeks. The writers are really finding their stride in season 3. Are they going to explain wtf happened to Robs sugar momma? I honestly thought it was a dream sequence.

The season 3 finale was one of the best episodes of TV that I’ve personally ever seen. Near flawless. Now they will frick it up in season 4.

I definitely got sucked into this one for some reason. Just finished S3 and probably doing an immediate rewatch. Don’t think I’ve ever done that before. It’s a cool balance of cerebral, party vibe, work stress and games, social challenges, etc.

Really thought that Season 3 would be the end of the series. Surprised, but happy, there will be more. Not sure where they will go from here though and how they keep up the quality.
The writers do a great job of making every character a clearly broken/shitty person but likable in some aspects. Much like Succession.
I mean Robert is about the only one you can cheer for, right?

It definitely seemed to me that the season ending was meant to encompass possibly a series ending, which is nice. Like theydefinitely tied up some loose ends.

Exactly. Some huge character arcs with this show. Jumping back to S1 was practically weird and immediately highlights how much the characters evolved, especially Harper.
Also for comments about the show being woke or whatever- not really. Sure it’s a complex show and there’s a lot of things on both sides one could pick out, but I noticed S2-3 really hit the ESG bullshite right on the damn nose. It was almost a theme practically mocking “ESG investing” from my perspective. Also a funny comment about the President/WH still thinks we’re at war with Japan.
