Well then no need to be offended, you are writing out of ignorance not out of idiocy. And of course Robert is partially responsible.

I think they could have easily stopped his conception in the first place if Robert treated his wife with an ounce of respect. Sure she may have had some other Jamie spawns, but probably not Joffrey. If he treated her with dignity, she would also probably willingly have Robert's own child, but he didn't so she aborted the kid.
Maybe but I doubt it. Cersei seems set on only fricking other Lannisters to keep a "pure" bloodline. Robert actually seemed contrite about his relationship with Cersei toward the end of his life in conversation with Eddard Stark. Love and respect works both ways and I don't think Cersei gave Robert much of either. Regardless, aborting Robert's child/children was unconscionable and the fact that Robert didn't know it suggests that he wasn't spying on her which is more than you can say for the fricking Lannisters.

...So? If he somewhat trested her well, she may have stopped fricking Jamie, or in the very least not abort Robert's son and probably not have Joffrey. I hate Cersei, but Robert isn't blameless like many of you are suggesting.
Only in the sense that he failed to raise Joffrey with any father-like ability. It is certainly not his fault that Cersei was sexing it up with Jaime. The two of them had long been "lovers" - as far back as childhood. That was actually a huge reason why Jaime joined the Kings Guard. He wanted to be close to Cersei while she was at court during the Mad King's reign. The two of them would have still snuck around and had sex. In the books, there is no inkling of her and Robert ever having a shot in their marriage and it had nothing to do with Robert not respecting her. Anyway, i guess you could argue Robert is to blame for Joff's conception, but it's pretty weak. Regardless, Joffrey is only trumped by Cersei in how despicable he is. At least in the books. He is more despicable in the show.

I don't know if that is true. There is a part where she specifically states that she was happy with Robert until he said Lyanna on their wedding night(I think it is the part where Ned confronts her prior to Robert's goring). She says that after that she tried her hardest to avoid sex with him and their relationship was basically poisened from that point on. Personally I think she is lying to herself since she was planning on continuing her affair with Jaime but I think no inkling is a little strong. Their relationship was fricked up because neither of them gave a shite about the other. I'd say both were to blame.

She also says she was happy for a moment after coming out of the church and seeing everyone smiling for her...until she sees Jaime.

I want Joffrey and Cersei to die very horrible deaths

Pretty far off form page 4, but had to comment.
Concerning the Judge from Blood Meridian:
The Judge is still admirable the way Humbert Humbert is admirable in Lolita: both are wicked, despicable indivduals who do horrible things, but their intelligence is so great and use of language so poignant that it dares the reader to forgive them

This is definitely the correct answer. He bought puppies from a kid just to drown them in front of him and also molested and murdered children and infants. Pretty hard to beat him.
