Jack Lemmon makes a GI training film

Years ago I saw a clip from a training film where Lemmon played an MP, so he did at least 2 of these.
This one is pretty well done; I wonder who wrote and directed it.
The broad he tries to pick up at the bar is played by Constance Ford, who went to Hollywood and played a lot of character roles on TV.
For an even younger Lemmon, the year before he did a live TV version of the play "June Moon" (on YT last I checked) w/Eva Marie Saint (still w/us at 101!)
