They should have stuck with the Brad Paisley version. Or better yet, pulled out he Patty Loveless version. The one last night was awful.

So even if the church girl was the one that actually lead the police to the body, the body itself corroborated her testimony.

So are you just reiterating my point?

Yeah I don't remember Darrell Scott's having a female backup.

I guess it is how Ava is getting written out. I'd love to see how they get her out of prison now.

If the Clover Hill guy has her prosecuted he loses his leverage over Boyd. He thought he was going to have Boyd red-handed disposing of the body. Having just Ava does him no good.

I'd say it gives him a helluvalot of leverage for the time being.

ETA: I think that's why Wynn Duffy giving Boyd the heroine business has such ramifications. Boyd is now connected to the Detroit mob. They might be able to put pressure on Packson.

brilliant episode. I feel sorry for those who don't watch this show. Doesn't get nearly enough love.

If he doesn't try to double cross, his debt to Boyd is paid and he has no worries. He tries to double cross, but only gets Ava. Now Boyd is loose and angry.

It was a play to get Boyd that backfired. If they push forward with prosecuting Ava, he is back where he was before doing the favor in the first place - with a debt to Boyd/a pissed-off Boyd.

and the church bitch

Most judges would never allow her to testify if all she was providing was second hand hearsay.

I agree, this show is one of the best written and acted shows on TV. It will be one for the ages.

Depends on what group he is with at the time. If he has a female vocalist around, she normally sings backup.

Her second hand hearsay lead the police to the body. The DA would definitely use her testimony to establish the method of how and why the body was found. A judge most certainly would allow it since it is corraborated by evidence (the body). The fact that Ava was caught red handed trying to tamper with the evidence is just one more strike against the defense's case. This doesn't even bring into account Ellen May's testimony. If/when this case goes to court, Ava is screwed.

What a great end to the season, pulled together all the loose ends from this year but leaves tons of options for next season.

As many have mentioned before, I'd put the scenes between Raylan and Boyd up against anything else on TV.

Im just now getting to the thread cause I just stated last night episode, why does it take the last episode of the series to get 8 pages? We are lucky to get 3 pages during the season and I would out this show and its scenes/story-line up against any other other top 10 cable shows.

Such a great show in general and this season finale and final stretch of episodes was just fantastic. 1 more season like this past one and Justified might move into my #1 favorite TV show spot.

So true and such a great show.
TWD threads are just 30 pages of bitching and moaning about how nothing happens and how next week will be AWESOME.

I know, drop it with a timer long enough to get the hell away and blow the body into small unrecognizable pieces.

SO after four seasons every body has been dumped in a mine shaft or the slurry pond. Every body that has been put in a shaft has been found, so it's on the criminals here, they should have known better, especially since they all know they have some perfectly good slurry ponds around.

Exactly, if you're going to be killing people, at least learn from your mistakes.

Can't wait to see how they play out the Ava being in custody angle.
