You mean the face that pretty much every heavy person gets when they lose a lot of weight? This isn't something specific to that pill.
I only see that face from lap-band and Ozempic. Liposuction doesn't even do that, from what I have seen.

It's the result of rapid weight loss leading to excess/loose skin and a corresponding loss of muscle. Usually seen with gastric weight-loss surgeries and, yes, GLP-1 meds. You can usually point out the people who have partaken. They do tend to have a common look among them as opposed to people who lose weight through diet and exercise more slowly.

agreed - when I lost weight from 345 to 175, my face looked like i was Ill, borderline dying - my neighbors at the time kept asking if i was sick.
i lost the weight the right way and didn't take meds, but the end result was the same - losing a lot of weight in a relatively short time makes you look sick.
I really hope Kathy is not ill, she is a national treasure.
ETA - my weight loss was over a 7 month period, so it was literally 1/2 my weight in a short time.
