t's probably just because your opinion on this particular show is out of whack with the vast majority opinion. And you stated it fairly emphatically. This likely accounts for the large number of downvotes you got as well
Precisely what I meant by typical movie board. Most people here don't understand what "opinion" means and that tastes vary. The sheep rule here - follow the flock or get downvoted.

Hold the frick up. This needs to be read. Maybe y'all missed it....
Beginning of Part 3 crossing the river. Dudes are riding bare back.
Two dudes fricking dicks flop out. Straight up out there, purely visible.
They let that on TV? I mean straight tube steak.

That part and when Gus gets out of the cold arse river in his long handles to confront Blue Duck. You can tell the water was cold.
That scene does beg the question though as to why in the frick didn't he try and shoot Blue Duck when he had the chance?

Better yet. Why didn't Jake shoot the wild bunch from behind when they were trying to steal them horses. He could have unloaded on them and been done with it.

No doubt. I think it goes with the theme that, at his heart and core, Jake Spoon was a coward.
The book goes into some very good detail about his character.
Like he said also...he was just trying to get through Indian country with them.
"Any man that'll go along with three killin's, Jake, is taking his leaving a little slow."

I think you just made that up hoping someone will go looking for the scene.\
Or you've spent too much time hanging around Dupont Circle.

Gus specifically addressed why he didn't. He said it would have been "touch and go" or similar.

True. He probably felt like Blue Duck would have just hidden behind his horse and then had a better position to kill Gus with his rifle.
