Not that good - you thought I was on worker’s comp.

Why does this feel more like the OT than the OB? I guess cause you bring out the 911Moto in me.

Dude, whatever this is really about, I swear I didn’t know she was your girlfriend and/or sister.

I forgot the part about why I owe you an explanation about why I had a multi-level discectomy and cervical fusion:

Stalk much?

Fair enough. I guess you forgot that you posted under your old account that the disability was more than likely caused from motocross and not your actual job. So yea you keep doing you. Fraud

How is that relevant? What do you know about my private own-occupation disability policy? It doesn’t matter how the disability occurs - it ain’t worker’s comp, bro. Do you really think a disability company pays out millions in benefits without extensive investigation and medical examinations and reviews?
Jesus, the things people resort to on an internet message board - and over a snake thread, no less…smh.
Sorry for whatever is going on in your life.

Had some down time to kill at Monster Jam with the grandkids last night, then the tractor died today so I was sitting around bored.

Yes, that’s EXACTLY what they call it.

It’s hilarious what some people will get worked up over. I’m not advocating that inexperienced people should handle venomous snakes - in fact I strongly advise people NOT to. I do, however, promote the idea that venomous snakes are not as much of a threat as people make them out to be and shouldn’t always be killed on sight.

I also like to post what I catch and help people learn how to identify venomous vs. nonvenomous species. Many people enjoy these posts. If you don’t, you’re more than welcome to skip it and move on to the next post.

If I were doing it for validation, it wouldn’t even be worth the time to put together a post with so many photos for the small audience here. On instagram I get anywhere from a few thousand to a couple million views. I take the time to post here because there are some good people here who enjoy the posts. If you view them just to cry about it and act like a Karen, knock yourself out.

An alter is when you have multiple accounts at the same time and post under both while pretending to be different people. I don’t post under multiple accounts pretending to be someone else.
I changed my username a decade ago and retired - or disabled - the old account.
How is that even relevant? The usernames are anonymous anyway.

You wear a helmet when you ride a bicycle, don’t you?
I recently read that when McDonald’s was looking for a lent alternative, it came down to fish or a grilled pineapple sandwich. The filet-o-fish won out.

I’m guessing you’re an alter.
Your real name is Karen, right?

…and bruh…I’m a retired doctor who travels across the country catching snakes for fun - I think I can get by without your validation.
I’m happy my friends can make a living doing it - I don’t have to.
If being a font of misinformation rustles your jimmies, I’ll be sure to double up on my posts.

Tell me you’ve never handled snakes without telling me you’ve never handled snakes. Am I handling 3 venomous snakes because herping guidelines tell you to handle 3 venomous snakes? Of course not. I’m handling them because I enjoy handling them. In those conditions those snakes were very lethargic. They posed minimal risk.
That was the best finale of any reality show I’ve ever watched. With Tara & Johnny telling Maura it was both Eric & Rob, then Eric’s reaction when Rob turned on him, I don’t know how she still trusted Rob at the end.

So this is "safe" free-handling???

Yes. Not a single aggressive move by any of those snakes. And temps were in the high 50s that day so the snakes were very lethargic. If you’re holding near the tail and not supporting near mid-body, snakes have a want to climb upward. But none of those even thought about striking. If temps were 80 degrees, no way in hell am I picking up 3 copperheads - they tend to be very twitchy.

Yesterday was much warmer and the big canebrake I flipped was repeatedly launching at us. Didn’t even consider handling that one.

Nope, it’s a milk snake. They look very similar, though the bellies look different.

You sure do ask a lot of irrelevant questions. Take your witch hunt elsewhere.

…and no, it’s not an alter. I switched accounts almost 10 years ago and it was never a secret.
