No way jose. I'm hearing so much bitching on the board by people who have watched every episode and already feel let down. They know 75% of the show was a wild goose chase with no relevance and will not be tied up at series end. I'm not wasting my time.

I just keep hearing the name "Richard" and havent' seen him on screen unless I missed it this season.

I am not even sure where he partially redeemed himself. He is a POS. But while he deserves to die, for entertainment purposes I hope they wait to kill him - I lmao every time he opens his mouth.

Also, I think he means way too much to the story line to kill off after only an hour wrap up for him.

I have enjoyed every single episode I have watched and I am almost jealous that you have an opportunity to watch dozens of new episodes uninterrupted without waiting weeks or months between episodes. And you are gonna spoil it but watching the end w/o understanding it.

THe majority of those people are fricking idiots. Huge idiots.

LOST is about the journey, and most of the stuff is relevant, particularly character moments.

And most of these idiots don't post about LOST unless they are bitching and complaining about it. If you want to be left in the dark fine, but don't expect us to be answering questions as simple as "Who is Richard?" LOST is about the journey, and you are completely missing it if you start here.

The Kool Aid is fans of the show who think you need to follow and understand every trivial reference and red herring in show history as if they all have a deep secret meaning, without which you can't possible understand and appreciate the show. To which I say, Hogwash.

I am a big picture guy. just need the basics and not the minutea.

you are going to be seriously dissapointed if you think every little reference is going to have some great meaning or even be explained.

You need to learn the difference between trivial and relevant.

How the frick would you know? You can't name 10 characters and you know what theories and loose ends they are going to explain or not?

Most LOST fans know that everything will not be explained.

Most LOST fans have accepted that.

Just because they won't be explained, does not mean they are trivial.

That's the beauty of LOST, it's intended to have you wonder WTF is going on or could possibly happen all week long until you get your next fix. It's cool that they include little hints throughout the way to keep you guessing.....even if they have absolutely nothing to do w/ the story.

I don't want to be spoonfed everything like most series. I want to spend the week pondering what may or may not happen. I'm not saying that you can't enjoy the series by only watching a couple episodes, I just feel that you are giving yourself a disservice by skipping the others.

some things that are relevant have already been explained. im not saying EVERYTHING cool that has ever happened will be mentioned or explained in the last few episodes. also knowing everything will make you appreciate the end credits SO much more.LOST. it hits so much harder. your prob the kind of guy who gets an awesome video game and reads the walkthrough for the whole damn thing or jumps to to the back of a book a few chapters in to see whats happens.
