OK, I've been talking with the Grand Chicken and here's the deal:
We have to decide whether its better to have multiple review blogs (music/TV/movies/books) or just one review blog.
Honestly, I think movies can and should have its own. And they can try and combine the others together somehow. That's my two cents. Movie reviews generally draw more readers. I would love to review the rest as well, but separately.

then we need a title (though I really like "Men On Film")
Works for me. Are we sticking with the tiger turd rating system?

finally, if someone can make a header for the blog, that would be super cool.
I have poor photoshop skills, but I can try my hand at it. Fact. if the title is "Men on Film" then jack burton must be somewhere on the banner. Just saying...
And what else would we want on it?

Definitely Stewie. btwnthehedges91 had interest and I'm not opposed to that.
I hate rating systems and I wouldn't use one becuase I don't really believe in a ranking like that. Some movies are interesting and worth seeing, but they don't work. Some movies are thoroughly mediocre but nice to eat popcorn to. They would probaly get the same star rating but a very different recommendation. I think instead we should list the circumstances under which you should see it (Go see this movie only if you're trapped at home with your parents and looking for something to do together other than talk to them. They won't hate it and you'll have at least something to talk about over dinner).

Yeah I think if your going to rate a movie, it shouldn't be on a point system, though tiger turds does sound cool.
This is what I was thinking

Is there any way that each movie, no matter who reviews it, gets a Tiger Turd rating from all the reviewers?
Maybe have the written review and above it (or below) have something like...
Btwnthehedges91 1.5 Tiger Turds
Baloo 4.0 Tiger Turds
Freauxzen 2.5 Tiger Turds
This way we can do both, and it's also a way readers can get to know who they agree with as this thing progresses. It may actually come in useful.
It just sounds like it could be a way to join both of the ideas. Is this even feasible?
BTW, I'm still interested in helping if teams haven't been decided yet.

You guys just let me know what to do to help.
I would be all over this. I think it's a fantastic idea. I'd also be all over the book reviews as well.
I love the idea of having everyone rate it, in addition to the review. It will at least give readers a wider opinion to consider.
I'm going to think more about the name. Men On Film is fine, but I think something snazzier lies beneath.

en on Film. Not only was that one of the funnier bits on In Living Color
How did I not catch this?
Ignore my title comment. Solid choice.

Got the e-mail today saying I've been added to the blog.
I'm shite on Photoshop. So count me out there.
As far as titles, I've only heard "Men on Film."
If you want to be more obscure, we can do an allusion to a favorite film. Wouldn't be as obvious, but would be more personal.
Also, we might want to set up some sort of organizational system, as to who posts when/what/etc

Vulgar name idea: "The Cinema Enema"
Poetic, yet coarse

You're not even in the blog, brah.
I'm kidding. I don't really care what the title is...I'm just glad TD.com is starting this up. Should be fun.

Let me know when you get in touch with them. They told me I was set up and should see a link "My Blog" at the top but I've yet to see it.
