The documentary "The Nightmare" had me unsettled for a couple of days.

Yes, this movie was in the back of my mind for a little while when I'd be walking into the woods to hunt, pre-dawn.

Rosemary's Baby, The Shining and Cujo caused me a touch of anxiety as a kid.

Clockwork Orange was pretty disturbing as well first time I watched it.

These were all when I was child but some that got me that I have not seen mentioned are:

The Twilight Zone movie
Silver Bullet
Witchboard

ETA: Just discovered that Witchboard is free on youtube.

Yep.. that was going to be mine.. there's a reason that movie is banned in 40 or so countries.

I worked at a place duplicating recordings and tapes. We got an order from an attorney. Nobody warned us about the content of the video.

I watched a guy get killed driving a cherry picker. He was flying down a sharp incline and slammed on the breaks. The rear end came up about five feet and then slammed back down, throwing him against the rail and snapping his spine in half. The next video was of a guy trying to recreate the accident and getting throttled pretty hard. The last video was them doing it with a crash test dummy.

The Day After

Anyone in their formative years in the 1980s always had that nagging nuclear war fear in the back of their mind. When The Day After aired on television, it really threw me for a loop. I still remember everyone talking about it at school.
