I love the format this season

We have a tie. Imagine If Yerami went up against Derek. He would have destroyed him. They should have redone the vote and made both teams safe with 2 ties.
Ben Vs Derek Hall brawl. Here we go. Wish it would have been 2 of the bigger guys in the hall brawl. They did the Mortal Kombat vs matchup again this elimination. Ben saying he will break derek and getting his arse kicked
Pulling for the Vets. Didn't realize Derek is bigger than Ben. Derek leveled Ben. Hahaha What a terrible episode for Ben
Love how each season now incorporates a new movie that's coming out. Last year was Gladiator 2 and now it's "Him" with with the Wayne Brothers

Leroy already sucking up to people with Johnny gone. His social game is toast I assume.
I assume Theo is going in on this episode. Mainly because they edited it to show him talking shite about the rookies and saying they’re at the bottom of voting lists. Although the episode title is “pride comes before the fall.” So maybe it’s a girl elim and it’s Olivia?
Finally a season where the rookies are smart enough to figure out fairly early that they need to go full throttle at the vets. That should be their singular focus.
Cara having to leave because of her mom? Damn. That sucks. Is she still with Paulie?
Olivia talking shite about Ben “lacking in size and strength” while her boyfriend, who has both, has been sucking it up all season.
Why is Tay saying they may send Leo home because Cara went home? That’s the dumbest shite ever. At least she’s pretty I guess.
I used to not like Jonna much. But I like her a lot now. And she is legit good. Solid replacement.

Seems like a solid strategy would be to dig one hole between all three poles.
It’s weird. I know a lot of these confessionals are filmed at the same time. But Nany’s face looks like it gets thinner and thinner every episode.

Am I wrong thinking that you actually wouldn’t have to bury the poles too much and the crossbar would keep them upright long enough to kick the FG? Seems like a LOT of time was wasted just throwing meaningless dirt into the pit.

I know Ben is mad. But he has to be feeling good going against Derek, regardless of what it is.
And since it’s a hall brawl, he’s got to be feeling even better. Although it would’ve been amazing to watch Yeremi absolutely flatten Derek in HB.
Them trying to make Derek look like a badass holding the football is hilarious.
Yikes. Ben got absolutely WORKED by Derek. How sad. I’ll never understand why people don’t get low on hall brawl. Derek straight trucked his arse in round one. And it was worse in round two.

Finally a first pick that makes sense (Yeremi).

Leo is the only rookie with some game sense in terms of rookies needing to work together to eliminate vets. The vets are almost always smart enough to do it, but the rookies never seem to. And it’s clearly the smart move season in and season out.
Olivia’s face looks fake as frick. Way too much surgery.

Aneesa: I’ve done tons of tangrams and am quite good at them. But this is one of those funny ones where if one piece is wrong it messes up the whole thing and you can’t solve it.”
Oh, so like every tangram ever in history? Idiot.
Oh, Leroy gassed out and is basically ready to quit? There’s a fricking surprise.
Sydney: NARPs. Non-Athletic Regular People. She’s growing on me.
Leo grabbing the rope and pulling it up to grab the puzzle piece is elite level challenge intelligence. Work smarter, not harder. And it likely got them the win.
Leka losing because CT fricked her by not making it up there fricking sucks for her. But I do like that they have a minimum for the team to meet. I do think CT was trying and actually seemed to be legit scared and freezing up. Didn’t feel like he was throwing it on purpose. And that wouldn’t make much sense anyway.
Love the throwback reference to the whole Turbo “you cannot copy my walk!” thing. Which is one of the absolute best moments ever on the challenge.
That’s another week we get Tay in some sexy arse dress. That black dress. My God.
I love Turbo now. But I think CT absolutely rolls his arse if they get into it. He may be overweight but he’s still a monster and has that dad strength.
Izzy hoeing out on the rookies. Bad move. But I do get her stance of the rookie girls not liking her at all. But still, it’s the best move to stay with the rookies.
Olivia: if you don’t put Aneesa in with me I will “do my best” to protect you.

I’m really liking Leo.
If I was the roommate vet women I would 100% want Aneesa to go in. Yeah she’s a vet but you literally can’t trust her and she is 100% aligned with Olivia.

Never seen a season that the fresh meat teamed up all together to get out all the Veterans. I hope Leo gets humbled soon.
This is the first time I’ve ever seen CT fear anything in 20 years.

I miss the old challenges that don’t take 40 minutes an episode to complete. They need more simple fun simple challenges like the rivals days.
Never seen so many people dog CT in one episode before. Yall remember when CT gave veronica so much shite for being overweight a decade ago? Holy shite CT and Leka finished before Aneesa. HAHA. The only good thing that could come from this is the greatest comeback of all time. This season definitely was a wake up call for CT with his health and body.

Sydney is still the MVP in the confessionals. She was such a great addition to the show. Dee is a beast I can see how she won survivor. Sydney is probably the front runner right now. She is getting sexier every episode.
CT deserves this for helping get Bananas out so early and having no one on his side. Should have thought about that earlier. Turbo calling out CT was the fight I needed. My god that was a great scene. Especially all the cast running watching from afar. LOL CT vs Turbo pole wrestle. Give it to us

Wow Olivia vs Leka. Heavyweight battle. If Olivia ever wants to win a challenge season. This is where it starts. I am kind of pulling for Leka but I want a vet to win. I’m torn. Olivia pissed me with her attacking bananas all season. You’d think leka has the Advantage. I love this elimination. Leka is wearing out. I did not see this coming.
Best episode of the season. Gotta give credit where credit is due. She deserves it. Olivia crushed it.

I miss the old challenges that don’t take 40 minutes an episode to complete. They need more simple fun simple challenges like the rivals days.

I FFWD'd through some of the episode last night because of how long it took them to complete the challenge. 90 minute episodes fricking suck. I miss the days when it was a crisp hour. 25% fallout from the previous episode. 25% the challenge. 25% drama with the voting. 25% the elimination.

He's done IMO. I love him, but I think he is legit too stupid to win a season anymore. It's way too puzzle-based (and less physical) these days.

TJ said they lost because CT never made it up to the platform, and it's a team game. So even though teams did worse and didn't finish, CT basically didn't even compete at it so their team ultimately "lost." It sucks, but I like the idea that the team has to compete and one person can't just sit out.

I can't stand Leroy now (he used to be one of my favorites), but I liked him taking that stand.

I think this season is intended to be a changing of the guard, I’d bet next season is some sort of a “first time champion” format featuring most of these people and some of the newer vets from the other reality shows.
The OGs will probably mostly move over to all stars
