They're not going to break it there and then go in reverse like they did in the game. That was one of game's most colossal mistakes and it would definitely not work on TV. I honestly think we're just going to get a lot of new material with Isaac, WLF, Seraphites, etc. Just going to be more fleshed out

I don’t think we’ll necessary get that type of two storylines. However it feels like that would be a good breaking point for the season. I also think it’ll be more of a convergence of the two while like you said getting more back story on Issac and the WLFs and it looks like we see some Serphite action too.

Yes that's probably in line with what will end up happening. I think they'll need to add a little bit of resolution though. Hoping they don't leave it too dire/cliffhangery. It's too intense a moment to not offer some respite after and set the stage for later.
