I got up until halfway through Season 2 before I finally just gave up. I really wanted to like it, but ultimately I just don’t understand why it has such a big following.
I loved Best In Show and think A Mighty Wind is vastly underrated, so I figured this would be good for some consistent chuckles. Just didn’t work for me I guess.

It's a good story.
Every character you hate comes around. Every character you like gets better.
I agree it can be a grind for the first few episodes, but after a bit you invest and it all comes together.

It's great. I watched the entire series in a little over a month and I'm considering a rewatch.

I started watching this show by chance a few years ago, like we most all do nowadays.
It's cast very well IMO. The premise is good. It's both subtle and over the top humor. It's more good than great, but I recommend to those not offended.
