I think they were more referencing him outwitting Erich in the end as the humor. At least I found that more humorous then the disposal scene

Watching this last night, I got the feeling the CEO is coming off making these crazy moves and whatnot, and it looks absurd. But remember his track record. He turned 2-3 companies into very successful companies when they were googling his resume.
I have a feeling he is going to keep making off-the-wall crazy business decisions that look doomed. Richard may or may not end up leaving but I'm willing to bet when all of it's said a one Baker makes Pied Piper a successful brand through all this crap and follow the shows template, Richard will bail right before they hit big

Not only was the horse joke par for the show's course. Most of the people complaining about it missed the punchline entirely. I'll help.
Baker: "I paid $150,000 for the semen that’s about to come out of that stallion, and I would very much like to be there to see that it happens."

Finally watched last night. fricking hilarious episode.
I'm not sure why people are bitching about the low brow humor this week...that's what the whole show is predicated on.
And as unfamiliar with the actual SV as I am, I feel like this is a pretty accurate depiction of how companies work out there.
I was busting out laughing over and over watching this episode.
