It's definitely a guy flick. My wife has a sense if humor similar to mine and I thought it was funny and she thought it was stupid. She liked McBride and that was it where I thought Jonah Hill referring to Money Ball while praying was hilarious. She hated Hill's character.

The interactions between Hill and Jay were hilarious.

McBride killed it the whole movie.

It's just really hard to figure out. Like you think it's comedy then it's action then it's drama all the while there is like 5 funny parts. Not as good as people made it out to be. Needs better direction and directing.

McBride and Francos argument about jerking off was the best scene in the movie

I thought it was hilarious when I saw it in theatre. My opinion was confirmed when I watched it again the other day.

I thought it was hilarious. Granted my friends and I were hammered when we saw it but I bet it'll be funny the next time I watch it too.

I always have trouble giving people examples of movies when I tell them I love great-bad movies of all genres... This one, however, was easy!!!

Coach Miles, however, disapproves...

quote:

ON MOVIES Miles loved “The Wolverine.” “I thought that that was a pretty nice little sci-fi kind of thing, you know, a make-you-feel-good story,” he said. “It was a nice day for the old brain.” But he hated “This Is the End,” which he walked out of. (“That was the worst movie I’ve ever seen in my life,” he said.)

I thought this was by far the funniest movie I saw this year. To give a frame of reference I saw this is the end and were the millers each in theater in 2013 and I thought were the millers fricking blew
