yeah, i thought both were solid. the author does use some recurring themes, like the poverty issue, enough where they get a bit tiresome...but, overall, i enjoyed both books quite a bit.

Just finished book four of the Dresden Files by Jim Butcher. I'd highly recommend this series, as the first four books have been really entertaining.

"By The Rivers of Babylon" If you like political intrigue and lots of gunfights and uzis.

"The Jester" for a great Middle Ages historical fiction with lots of action.
