I'd like this show better if it was just about Jefferson parish cops without Steven segal.

I'd shite myself if he tried to arrest me.

Which job is more dangerous, cameraman on those Deadliest Catch boats or cameraman running around Marrero with Steven Seagal.

This was comedy gold.
Lawman drinking game: Drink Seagal says "zen" or "martial arts?" You may die.
Any else notice that Seagal does is profile people?

I get the feeling that Seagal was nowhere around New Orleans during Katrina, when they really needed cops!

I remember watching Conan one night and Anderson Cooper was talking about being in NO after Katrina.
Here's the quote I found on a blog that took it from Stuff magazine:
quote:
In the book, you mention all the celebrities who showed up in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. Does any one encounter stand out as the most bizarre?
Steven Seagal. A cop car pulls up, and I'm thinking, Weird, that guy looks like Steven Seagal. Then I realize that it is Steven Seagal. And it's not just Steven Seagal; it's Steven Seagal in uniform out on patrol with the Jefferson Parish SWAT team. I was oddly transfixed, so I went up to him. He was like, "Yeah, I'm just out here doing my thing. I don't want to make a big deal out of it." The next day I saw him on MSNBC with Rita Cosby. I'm like, Oh, OK. Real D.L. Then when he leaves, he makes eye contact and does a little Buddhist bow—that little sensei thing. [Laughs] It's hard to beat that one.

Anyway, the show was decent. I'll DVR it and watch it when I'm bored. Nothing I'm going to make sure to watch when it airs.

the guy at the end of show, that segal was showing gun stuff with, is a good friend of mines brother, this show must have been filmed at least a year ago

The "effect" they use when Segal is zoning in on people is fricking hilarious to me for some reason

you talking about the fatass Captain who can't shoot and barely passed his firearms test?

I caught the last ten minutes or so. Long enough for Segal to inform me that anybody but cops having guns is a bad thing. I'm sure glad fat ex-movie stars are riding around in Explorers harassing regular dudes in their front yards so that I don't have to worry about providing for my own safety.
"I think those guys were drinking", so let's go dig through all their pockets, search their car, and generally give them shite and lecture them for 10 minutes. What an idiot.

Would be a much better show if Harry Lee was still around in a supporting role. That guy was money at press conferences so I can only imagine what he would have been like behind the scenes.
