Decent movie with great cast. Based upon an Elmore Leonard novel of the same name. SPOILER: great scene near the end where Stick and Moke confront each other on the balcony of a high-rise building.
The stunt was performed by Dar Robinson. He didn't use an air pillow since they wanted to film him from above, rather he devised a thin cable to allow him to simulate the fall.

Robinson also did the high fall earlier in the movie using the decelerator.
