Black Privilege at its finest tonight. Unbelievable how this is acceptable.

She also at one point accused the other players' subconscious for putting two black players on the jury. If she wasn't accusing them of being racist then she was damn sure making sure they couldn't vote her out next without it looking racist. Still, flushed out two idols, Tori was an easy fall person, and now black people are going to be guaranteed to be voted out first in the near future.
Perfect analysis

Okay, then who or what did she claim was racist? Racism didn’t come up until blockhead played the victim of being accused of being racist.
I’ll agree that they didn’t claim racism. BUT, one of them, Drea, was very hypocritical as she voted off Chantelle!
Also, it will pretty much be the end of any reality TV that requires votes, if blacks will only vote for whites and whites are looked upon as subconsciously voting the blacks out first if it goes that way.
This is ridiculous!

Exactly. So why announce it. Just play the damn idol and don’t go home. Same with Maryanne. Either play your idol or don’t and vote for either Tori or Lindsey. There’s no reason to whine about it.

Also whenever they were saying “I don’t hate any of you, but this is just how I feel” as if that justifies the blatant racism? Just because you’re mad that you suck at the game, that justifies you to vote strictly via race?
What you’re really saying is… “I’m black in today’s Woke America, therefor I deserve a better chance to win the million dollars than others.” Just admit it.
basically all of these CBS shows like Survivor, Big Brother, etc. are using the same Woke formula lately. Cast the show with majority Woke whitey’s and black people, then when they can’t win on their skill, start with the “We Shall Overcome” nonsense and get their way by voting 100% via skin color.

Do you really think most black people who aren’t idiots are really discriminated against these days, the last 20 years? That’s horseshite.
It’s actually not horseshite. You just don’t know about it unless you have black friends or coworkers close enough to you that they are willing to share.
I have multiple recent examples in suburban Houston neighborhoods of things you just don’t think still happens. The truth is that it doesn’t happen to me or you.

Okay, sympathize all you want. It’s horseshite. I know way too many people of all colors who don’t whine and cry over their lives or the color of their skin pigment. GTFO with that shite!

You should read my other posts and read for comprehension. I think Drea and Maryanneplayed horribly. Whether intentional or not, they certainly played the race card. They could have done exactly what they did (played idols) and said nothing.
That has nothing to do with the fact that yes, black people do experience overt racism that you don’t believe happens. 2 examples that are recent and people I know well.
1. I’m friends with a biracial couple. He is black and does lots of stuff to help out his 75 year old mother in law around her house. Her neighbors called her “n” lover when she was going to her car one day. She was stunned and had no clue what to say.
2. A coworkers son (adult black male) was riding his bike (nice road bike) in his own neighborhood, but not his street. It’s a big neighborhood. Someone yelled at him “n, you don’t belong here!”
You can not believe it. But these things do happen. And I can not agree with the play on Survivor tonight and also tell you that racism more certainly exists, even though you don’t see it.

Are you serious?
Some do, most don’t. Period

I didn’t assume anything. You straight up said it’s horseshite and most people who are discriminated against are idiots. That is not true.

Some not most. It’s not as prevalent as your “2” examples are.

Sorry. That was a disgusting tribal council.
Real racism exists in the world. Certainly. But not on the fricking survivor island among these specific survivor contestants.
Nothing that has happened this season had anything to do with race until tonight, when they willfully injected it in. Neither of the two jury members were voted out based on skin color on a conscious or subconscious or sub-subconscious level. They were voted out on bad gameplay.
It’s a shame it has to come this. It has no role in this game and tv show. Damn shame.
Edit to add:
More importantly … for the actual show and game, I’m glad Jonathan survived another week. He would have been such a super easy sitting-duck target after those random teams were chosen. What a massive target… every week he survives at this stage is a victory for him. He seems like a strategic dope, but I’d like to see him last as long as possible before they cut him.

They probably just don’t talk to you about it because they’re familiar with your ignorance and know you’ll respond just as you have in this thread, so it’s not worth their energy.

This is why it's so nauseating. Drea herself voted for Chantelle and none of those 5 has any clue why Rosksroy is out. For all they knew Romeo found an advantage or got lucky on his shot in the dark. It really wasn't about race at all, but was about Rockstoy being stubborn and him wanting to form a guys' alliance which would be bad for Hai and Omar.
So rather than just soak that in and play her idol, Drea went full on race card and essentially forced Maryanne to burn her idol as well.
I'm all for calling out racism where it exists, but there was nothing racist going on, and she wasn't even there to know for half of it!

Yep, and she has more power than anyone there. Now if she happens to win survivor, the perception will be because she "played the race card".
She knew she was playing her idol before walking into tribal and was mad that she had to give that up. Then seeing Rocks her closest ally and knowing she was a target she went all "racism" not even aware of her own hypocrisy.

This makes absolutely zero sense in the context of this season. Drea has obtained 4 advantages and has aligned herself with the majority, so she doesn’t suck at this game. And she cast a vote for Chenelle so she isn’t voting strictly on race.
Some of you get so triggered by discussions on race that you lose all sense of objectivity and sense.
