The A-Team TV series was geared toward people with very low IQs. I expect the movie will stay true to form.

You wrote this in a way that no matter what someone says about the movie you can feel good about yourself. Your self-endowed sense of superiority remains intact.

Comeon man. No need to be "that guy" if it's not your cup of tea.

I'm pumped about this movie. I enjoy awesome, '80s-style, kickass action. I also happen to be very educated by almost any standard and have a high IQ.

Even Indiana Jones (which may have sucked) was criticized unfairly for the refrigerator scene.Sure it was ridiculous, but not more so than jumping out of an airplane on an inflatable raft.

A raft could produce drag and potentially lessen the impact...along with the snow I guess.

A nuclear bomb, which was for some reason being tested in the middle of a model town with working TVs and electricity, would vaporize everything for miles around, including a refrigerator. Lead in the refrigerator would just protect you from some radiation.

But I agree with you initial point.

Saw it last night. Ridiculous, corny, unrealistic.

And I loved it.

It's called supension of belief. If you can't realize that then I have a feeling you hate most movies.

So, you thought the TV series was great? Hmmmm?
If not, why do you think the movie might be so good?

Uh, it didn't stop in the 90s. They still make movies with lots of "Woosh" sounds and explosions.

Still feeling good about yourself I see. Too bad your overly literal interpretation of our posts concerning you betrays your actual level of intelligence.

It was a fun movie. Realistic, hell no, but I wouldn't want it to be. Soemtimes I just like to turn off my brain and watch shite blow up.
