That's one reason I've enjoyed Kai so far, the dialogue/writing is so much better than the original dub.
I don't like the newer Bulma and Gohan voices though.

I was wondering why the "orange brick" dvd sets get so much hate. I have the first 3 seasons and the cropping has never really bothered me. There are times when the picture looks too bright or washed out but it's not bad.
They're hard to beat imo because of the price and the fact that you get all 3 audio tracks (original, dub + original music, dub + broadcast/Faulconer music). The dragon boxes are insanely expensive now and lack the Faulconer score.

did you watch any of the Yugioh abridged. They are done by the guy who voiced Freiza and they were actually pretty funny. I never watched Yugioh in my life but I find that series almost as good as DBZA.

No complaints from me. I love the orange brick collection. I just wish they came with a little something extra for the fans. Like how the Dragon Box's come with an awesome art box, and Dragon Books.

Did y'all know about the DBZ 1.1 thing on Blu ray? It's too bad Funimation cancelled them. They had all 3 audio tracks like the orange bricks and retained the 4:3 format. Only 17 episodes per set but the price isn't that bad.

I tried watching some of it but I couldn't get into it. I kind of thought Yugioh was stupid when I was a kid.
