Just watched this show. Overall good, nothing spectacular. However if you have had Netflix for over four years it’s a decent show to watch.
The crap that Netflix puts out is abysmal now. Any good show, they have 18 months to 24 months to wait for a new season.
This a decent show for a familiar story line in a nice to look place (coastal nc). Overall the shows and movies being put out on streaming services are average.
Apple TV probably has the best content (1 show a year) and it’s 6 episodes.
I give this show a 6.5/10.
Hopefully streaming services step up their game. There’s been an utter lack of content and good quality shows for a while. The fact that this is what is entertaining is more a sign of how bad things are.
I chalked a lot of things up for the writing strike, but starting to see that their’s a lack of writing skill. Hopefully more novels and book series get picked up. TV writers are lacking with originality.

Been bingeing this on this rainy Sunday and enjoying it. The end of ep 5 is pretty fricking dark and a really nice twist
Them not selling the land to cover the debt just because of sentimental value is next level stupid though and something I’m having trouble getting over

Cane has got to be one of dumbest mf ever
Smoking hot Peyton at home but decides to throw it all away over an average looking Latina.

Sons wife is perfect. Tried giving him a hj at the restaurant. Sister was hot also. TG was not a convincing villain.

I lost interest when the DEA agent was murdered. Seem like it was becoming a soap opera.
The wife threatening the high school friend not to touch her husband and then the wife abruptly leaves town; made no sense.

Yep, the whole storyline of him and his wife and the other girl never led anywhere, and she was mad at him for episodes and then forgave him fast. Dumb story line.

Of course they did, but they have zero problem with putting out crappy adult animated movies like a dogs night out before getting his nuts clipped.

It seemed like a soap opera from the start IMO.
