FWIW, Lets Make a Deal would have potential depending on the host, and how cheesy they make it. Oh and I like my Lets Make a Deal, like I like my nachos, extra cheesy.

I doubt people would really watch Lets Make A Deal. Just like people did not watch the new gong show.
The times have changed too much. Back then networks had a captive audience. You had ABC, NBC, CBS, PBS and the UHF channel. No cable, no video games, no movie rentals.
They could put two sock puppets on back then and your options were to watch it or go read.
Too many options today to waste time on a lame show.

Match Game and Hollywood Squares, but only if they let the celebrities get loosened up with a few drinks.
And if they can find a couple of non-threatening, funny gay guys to fill the shoes of Paul Lynde and Charles Nelson Reilly.
