It changes episode to episode.

Erin is the hottest female on the show.. While her character is funny, I would want her on my team.

To me, Dwight is the most consistently funny main character on the show. His demented worldview and facial expressions crack me up. His "talking head" interviews are usually great. When he dumps Angela for Pam's bridesmaid Isabelle because he wants a "big" family is hysterical. He's definitely mentally unbalanced, but you've got to admire his focus and drive.

His character works (Dwight) bc the actor is great for the part. Steve is great as Michael Scott but a character like that isn’t deep enough to go on more than 3-4 seasons max with the best actor. The Jim & Pam (say what you want) was played out and went too far. It was better when she clung to Roy and would have been a better story had Jim moved on as the seasons wound to a conclusion.

I haven't seen Seasons 8 and 9, but by Season 7 Michael was getting pretty moronic. His character moved from goofy, but lovable in the first five years to completely incompetent and pathetic in Seasons 6 and 7.
Jim and Pam get a lot of hate on here, but I'm okay with the marriage and baby storyline.
I've always like Darryl. He's funny, doesn't put up with "Mike's" more stupid antics, but generally tries to help his co-workers out.
The whole Dwight and Mose dynamic is very funny to me. The references to his family's Nazi past are great. He was arguing with Angela when she was engaged to Andy. She (or maybe Andy) said something about the Bernards coming over on the Mayflower. Dwights says something like "Big deal. My family came over on a U-Boat that could have sunk the Mayflower."

While I don't understand how anybody could watch and then stop at season 7, I agree with this. Dwight and Mose were awesome.
But honestly anything that Dwight was involved in was awesome.

One cool thing about the office is that many of the actors were also the writers. I always though it was well done and really funny. Of course some episodes or seasons weren’t quite as funny as others, but what a run they had.

Yeah, I think they perfectly nailed it, as far as the balance they struck between all the characters. That is difficult with so many of them, but it was done beautifully. Whether it was a main character, a add on, or whatever. It always had a good balance.

It's obvious I need to do a better job getting my point across, but what I post is a "rough draft". I am just throwing out thoughts, but my point of what I said was.. I do think that it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be when Michael Scott left, however; I didn't like where they eventually went with it.. I thought Robert California was a horrible character.
I watched the last two seasons in bits and pieces so I don't remember exactly how everything transitioned when Michael left, but I thought when they were looking for a new manager was pretty good. But once Robert came into the picture, that's when things went south.
You stupid fricking moron.
You think the rest of us proofread and have “final drafts” of our posts?
You really are deluded.

I honestly liked all of them. Each had their own perfect character for the show. If I had to choose it woukd be Dwight. He was absolutely perfect for that role

Agreed. I didn't dislike any. Just liked some more than others.

Yep. Has Dwight done anything else? I've seen Jim, Pam, Michael, Andy, Kevin, Angela on other shows/movies, but not Dwight.

Kevin Malone.....I wish they'd do a spinoff with Kevin and Dwight
