Aren’t you conflating Iran with Persia? I know they are the same geographical area and the same people live in the borders (minus the millions who fled the Iranian regimes over the last 40+ years), but they are not the same nation.

Back when they were a local/regional chain I lived in Louisville. They used to have an option then for “extra crust”. It gave you a little doughy crust that’s was great on occasion.
I keep hearing “I will wade for you” to the tune of Prince’s “I would die for you”.

Speaking of- I watched the first two episodes of the reboot and they did a good job of continuity and keeping the vibe of the original series. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Did you bring the photos to share with the rest of the class?
As it happens, our family went to see the Baton Rouge Zydeco hockey game Friday night. It’s really nice watching this morning to cleanse the palate after watching that. I wasn’t expecting NHL level hockey. And I am not a regular hockey watcher. But that was the worst hockey I’ve ever seen. But only on the part of the Zydeco. The other team (Athens Rock Lobsters) actually played decently. The Zydeco looked like they had all flown in from different places that afternoon and had never met each other before that day. There was no teamwork and they had no anticipation of what each other might do at any given time. I was rounding the days of the Kingfish, and I’ll just say the Zydeco make the Kingfish look like all-stars.
Oh- and Go Team USA! Great penalty kill!
