Just purchased a DMP-A6 and was wondering if anyone here had a Eversolo streamer.
I have questions.

No, but I've watched several reviews on YouTube and the general consensus is that thing is a pretty good bargain.

Yea, that is what I read as well. I am new to streamers so trying to lean what all I can do with it.
I know it has the capability to store music and it has a external RAM slot on the bottom. I guess I am trying to figure out why I would do that? I know I can play my CD player through it so I imagine I can record my CD's internally so I dont need to have the Discs? Or can I internally save playlists and music from sources like Tidal, which I use to stream

It looks like it has an NVME slot for a hard drive. You can use this to rip CDs to the hard drive with this unit, I believe, so you can play them without the CD media. That would also allow you to purchase hi-res music. However, you can also stream at this higher level with Tidal or Qobuz.
I'm not sure about saving from Tidal, but from a quick search, it doesn't sound like that is available.

Thanks so much. I am glad I kept all my old CD's now. Believe it or not, I was on the forefront of the CD market. I had one of the very first CD players ever made and purchased CD's when it was just hard to find one. Any one.
I am going to do some research on the CD transfering. Thanks again. These streamers and all the different formats are new to me...
Just got this system built. Im learning how to use it all. I still need some kind of rear speakers for the theatre section but I have the front stage all done.
