Not at the moment. I was fishing Boca Ciega pretty hard on the flounder run in late December. The smaller baits were perfect size but now the grouper are under the docks and I am pinfish trapping for bigger baits.

I was having some good success cast netting pins on a flat just inside of Big Sarasota Pass for months. I just had a cleared out place on the edge of the flat in about 18' of water and I could chum for about 15 mins there and throw the net 5 times and have all I needed for inshore or offshore. I was using them on just a freeline up around the bushes for shook and reds. I typically use White bait but they have been harder to find this fall in Sarasota bay. The pins were workin great for the snook and you could cast them more aggressively. The last few weeks, they are gone.

ONce it warms up after this week I am going to come up to the mouth of the Manatee and fish some. I usually throw the net at the skyway or just buy a few scoops from the guy there outside of Oneills. I went near shore out of Sarasota about 10-15 miles a few times since the wind has been down and it has been amazing for mangs out there.

No way that is real. No way that is the same person

Side note- only cruise I've been on was my senior cruise after HS graduation. 985 HS grads on a boat for 4 days...guess how that went!

You did better than me that year. 1985 was also my senior year and on our senior trip, we went to, you guessed it, Panama City. LOL.

Yeah Facebook and YouTube is loaded with AI garbage. I know a bunch of YouTubers are upset because Youtube has been using AI on their YouTube shorts without their knowledge.

Hell, I even got fooled. I love animals.. Just cant help it. I was a little surprised that a lot of the animal videos I was watching was fake. Now they even say it on the front of the video.

My buddy has it (starlink) on his boat and we use it like crazy offshore. I just sent a message to see which service he has. It has never NOT worked. Even on cloudy days

So he tried the roaming service on his boat but he said it did not work going offshore. He has now switched to the full service like $250 a month.

No kidding? I’m going to find that officially.

So for $50/ month plus $2/gb any boat can have it for an emergency?

The amount of people that just roll with it and accept it is insane too.

Pathetic sheep.

I am older than most here and yes, use Facebook. A lot of my friends are older and my parents are even on there.

There is no way for a lot of the older crowd to tell the difference. My mom sends me shite all the time that are fake AF. I am working on them to explain that most of everything on there that looks "cool" is AI. It is not working

At least it didn't freeze my new amaryllis blooms last night.

I dont see any frost on any of my outside plants but I bet they will take a arse whipping from last night. I did see it on my truck bed. Most things here do not like frost at all

Temps says 36 here but this is the first time Ive seen ice (the one without the 9mm) here. I dont see any on the plants and flowers but I bet they take a arse whipping from this one

You Tom Mann Jr? Used to watch him on BASS.

No but we are good friends and have fished and played golf together many times. We were in the same area. Tom is a little older than me.

Now we both live in Florida. Tom is guiding on Okechobee and I am running charters in the Gulf.
