Outkast for the amount of great hits they put out together.

UGK was solid as well.

Not the greatest of all time, but very underrated and not very popular... Shoestring and Bootleg's work on FBI by "The Dayton Family" (Usually a trio, but the 3rd member, Backstabba, was in prison when it was recorded i believe) is just filthy.

Those guys can spit.
