I've only seen them live once at the HoB in NOLA. I think it was for Robot Hive/Exodus tour. It may have been for Blast Tyrant though.
They put on a great show. Prong opened up for them, and I'll never forget that was some George Costanza looking dude who had to be the world's biggest Prong fan. He knew every song, and was just rocking the shite out of his 5'5" 250 lb body.
After Prong's set ended, he left.

Saw them at that same show. Buddy of mine kept wanting to he Swollen Goat.
I was a relative novice to their deeper stuff. I had a few of their older things.
I wanted to hear Earth Rocker or Gone Cold myself. But agree on one of best bands I’ve seen live. They slay.

My buddy in BR I went to the Varsity show with was starting a new beer he was brewing and I helped him do a couple things for it that day before we headed out. Later, he was talking about a name for it and I recommended Swollen Goat. He went with it.
