Dead Sara is pretty solid. Saw them open for the chili peppers a couple years ago.

Joan Jett is a Baltimore legend. I think I've seen her in four different decades (80s, 90s, 00s, 10s). She's right up there with Johnny Unitas on the city pride o' meter.
