Whats your favorite band?

oh gosh- my favorite- I don't think I can narrow it down to just one...

here's a list of several of my faves though- keep in mind that I have the most random, probably most frowned upon, and makes zero sense at all taste in music- but idgaf. I like what I like

The Cure
The Smiths/ Morrissey
Depeche Mode
New Order
The Cranberries
10,000 Maniacs / Natalie Merchant
The Cult
Gin Blossoms
The Goo Goo Dolls
Otis Redding
Louis Armstrong
Etta James
Ella Fitzgerald
Reba McEntire
Merle Haggard
Waylon Jennings
George Jones
CCR
Lynyrd Skynyrd
Van Morrison
Ed Sheeran
Eminem
Usher
Ludacris
Taylor Swift (do not judge me )

totally random, makes zero sense, does not track - right?

Seems perfectly normal to me
I like your top half the most

Ive always like Taylor too!! (Except for that time she came out in support of the Devil (Hilary) and she made that whole crying video. It took me a few years to get over that

I heard “Into the Mystic” the other day somewhere and thought “Wow this might be one of the greatest songs ever written”
That list makes perfect sense.
Except for Reba jk

I could listen to that on repeat for days!

And the Reba affinity is mostly associated with my sister. We grew up listening to her so it’s sort of a sentimental attachment. :hearts:

There really isn’t a genre I don’t like though- aside from death metal (or whatever it’s called) and a few subgenres of rap.

I’m down to listen to pretty much anything else.

Puddle of Mudd has no business even attempting to cover Nirvana, and also as it turns out Puddle of Mudd has no business even attempting to cover Nirvana.

Man those dudes put out a whole album covering the Stones, Elton John, Led Zeppelin, Neil Young, and a few others. All badly.
