Izzy is waaaaay too low key for GNR these days. Dude is pretty much and has been a folk rock artist for the last 20 years.

I'd like to see a public apology from the rest of the band to Adler.
For what? Being too cracked out / smacked out to keep time?

No. For them fricking him out of his proper split in the first place and then trying to steal the portion that he did actually end up with.

LINK
There better be some damn good openers if I'm gonna pay $250 to see them in a football stadium.

In addition, GN'R will be one of the first acts to play the new Las Vegas Arena, set to open April 6. GUNS N' ROSES is said to be asking up to $3 million per show, with tickets topping out in the $250-$275 range.

At least 10 years too late, maybe 15

I saw Grimes, an actual relevant artist in 2015, for 1/10th of that last month

Could you imagine if this lead to an album by the OG lineup? Would be fricking awesome. Slash, Axl, Duff, and Izzy? Hell yea.
BTW, I wonder if it will be Izzy or Gilby Clarke on rhythm and I assume it will be Sorum on drums and not Adler? Adler seems to beat to shite from all of the drugs to drum on a tour IIRC.

Its just Axl, Slash, Duff and a few other guys.

That's the main 3 needed anyway. Dizzy is still with Axl too. I guess Sorum never made amends with Axl because I know he was tight with Slash and Duff so it seems like they would bring him along.

who?
there was an indy wrestler named Grimes in the late 90s; same guy?

Unless Adler literally is unable to play, it's an outrage that he wouldn't be involved.

Sorum and Axl didn't get along on the UYI tour because Matt was tired of always having to start late and confronted him. That sealed his fate. And Axl was never a huge fan of Gilby. I think he was the first dismissed after the Spaghetti Incident album.

And whoever this flavor of the month is, do you really think he will be remembered twenty years from now? And to even mention this no name in the same breath as Guns and Roses is laughable.

She'll definitely be remembered. She put out an album that is highly ranked (around top 5) on a lot of publications' "Best of..." lists for 2015. She makes interesting music and is a positive figure/influence in the industry. The fact that most people who pay attention to music have known who she is for 3 years now discounts your "flavor of the month" comment.

I was a huge fan of theirs in their time which was the late 80s. But it's absolutely ludicrous to me that anybody would be interested this far down the line. The band that played that Live At The Ritz MTV show back then has been long gone for literally decades and will never return, no matter how much hype, no matter how much money, no matter how much people still hold the memory of 1988 under glass in their minds.
I went and saw that UYI show at the PMAC and they were already done in 1992. Almost 25 years ago. There is absolutely zero chance that they could cobble together anything worth seeing at this late date.
Talk about using your illusion.

Saw a show recently with Axl and new lineup and Axl has never sounded better.
