Melvin and JGB at Boulder theater last night. I’m pretty sure it’s my favorite Jerry/Dead stuff. Usually small venue, tons of energy, and they knock it out of the park every time. Will be quite the difference from tonight’s show.

Agreed about last night. Badass show. It was way better than what I expected after some ok dead and co shows from the past. A lot more energy and not slow at at. Yonder will be a good time for you, great venue. Have a great show tonight.

Dead and Co.

It was awesome. Been so good this tour, really good stuff. They are extending jams really well and the speed is great. Unfortunately can’t go tonight. With JGB, last two D&C shows, I can’t really move right now and back to real life. Enjoy it tonight, it’ll be rippin

My buddy went and said it was a damn good time.

Has anyone ever seen Jerry Garcia Band Cover Band? They are coming to my town, and I'm going to check them out just on name alone.

If you enjoy live music and Jerry, go see them They're a solid cover band. I saw them in 2019 and was impressed. Tickets were $20 GA as I imagine prices are near the same. They play all Jerry tunes as the dude on the keyboard/organ is legit: 2nd that emotion, Catfish John, Mission, Simple Twist, Tore up, Harder they come, Waiting 4 a Miracle, Midnight Moonlight, Prudence, Deal, Tangled up in Blue, etc ...

Yeah, they'll be in Pensacola at Vinyl the night before. Looking forward to it. I actually just saw where Vinyl is adding on and are building an outdoor stage. Hopefully that'll bring in more good acts.

My wife and I met at a Melvin/JGB show. Saw her dancing in the crowd the whole night then ran into her at an after party... the rest is history.

That’s what love will make you do

Awesome story, if you don’t have it, need to track down the print if there was one.

Should definitely try to get the print…

Now our boys, 15 and 18, just went to see Dead and Co. this tour. My wife and I had sort of gotten out of our Dead phase (though the kids were raised on it to an extent) until our kids started showing interest in the last couple of years. It was pretty awesome for them to get to see a show with us.
