Just listened to the Tweezer and Golden Age from Sunday

Tweezer was pretty good a little boring in a few spots. Pretty unique though, and I love when they get a little evil sounding

Golden Age was solid, good funky jam in the middle and the last couple of minutes are some serious deep space nine shite

Carini is still miles ahead of anything else from the run

I'm sorry I wasn't being clear. I have not listened to the whole run yet.

You clicked the thread, so Phish obviously intrigues you. Just admit it, accept it and enjoy it. There's no need for pretension.

Tour rolls on with a pitstop in Rochester tonight at the BlueCross Arena.

A great show went down in Rochester on fall tour 1997, featuring one of the best renditions of Down With Disease you'll ever hear. The show is also notable for being the debut of fan-favorite "Roses Are Free" , a cover of the Ween original.

12.11.97
Set 1: Punch You In the Eye > Down with Disease -> Maze, Dirt, Limb By Limb, Loving Cup > Rocky Top

Set 2: Drowned -> Roses Are Free[1] -> Big Black Furry Creature from Mars > Ghost -> Down with Disease -> Johnny B. Goode

Encore: Waste

Down With Disease
Maze
Punch You In The Eye
Waste
Roses Are Free

Practice and solo of Roses Are Free (as seen in Bittersweet Motel)
Down With Disease jam (clip from Bittersweet Motel)

Legendary night in Phistory. Those Maze, PYITE, and Waste videos are pro-shot.

eta: I forgot how this show was responsible for a ton of footage from Bittersweet Motel shot by the now famous Todd Phillips (of Old School and Hangover). The entire film can be viewed on Youtube and is a much watch for phans.

I ordered the 3 night run on CD...hopefully I will have it sometime friday or early next week. I order many of the shows on CD or Flac HD download as I am an audiophile (see above).

They usually get the show out and the CD packaging done in a couple days and another 2 to 3 to ship.
Nugs.net is producing them now. They all sound pretty damn good.
