Putting a burst on an acoustic guitar

So I have a project guitar we're restoring.
It's natural currently but we're going to put a burst on it.
Having a hard time choosing between these three.

They are all really nice, but if I’m choosing it would #2.
As I don’t use a pick, less the pick guard would be ideal.
