Wisconsin State Fair
Quiet Riot- Happy to see the legend Rudy Sarzo in person again. Jizzy Pearl is a great frontman. Love/Hate's "Blackout in the Redroom" is one of the great hard rock albums of its era. Alex Grossi does a great job on lead guitar. He's actually been in the band for over 20 years now.
Great White- Young gun Brett Carlisle on vocals. Phenomenal singer. Kendall/Lardie/Desbrow looked like they were having fun and not just collecting a paycheck.
Queensryche- Todd La Torre, another top notch vocal talent. He could probably fill in for Halford if Priest ever needs a different singer again.
Great show. Not my absolute favorite bands but I knew every song by all three bands. All killer no filler.

I didn't realize that Tate wasn't with Q anymore. Hard to imagine them without him, really.

Tate and the rest of the band had a nasty breakup in 2012. He tours with his own band. He plays Queensryche songs but can't use the name. I think he's still calling his band Operation:Mindcrime.

Ah. I'm clearly Capt. Current Events.

I've seen Queensryche with Geoff Tate a couple of times and I saw Great White open for Whitesnake back in the day. At the time, Whitesnake was David Coverdale, of course, and then Tommy Aldridge, Vivian Campbell, Adrian Vandenberg, and Rudy Sarzo. Never saw Quiet Riot.

Worth the price of admission just to be able to hear "Let's Get Crazy", featuring the songwriting brilliance of the late great Kevin Dubrow-
"Wanna kiss your lips, not the ones on your face, Your innocent jive is really out of place"

I got that album for Christmas in 1983. I was eleven and my parents were not happy with those lyrics or the chorus of "Love's a Bitch"

I was in 7th grade when Metal Health came out and went to a middle school dance where the 8th grader who was DJing played side one of the vinyl, flipped it over and played side two, then played side one and two again and that was the entirety of the evening's music.

I saw Great White with Quiet Riot a couple years ago up in Canada. Great White was meh but Quiet Riot blew the doors off the place. Great show

Saw them in May at M3...Mark Tornillo is great singer...and Wolf still has it...5 out 5 star concert
As for Great White, it was hard for me to appreciate as it was always Jack's band. Need to give it another chance.
