Hayseed. Dubai has tourists, international events and business visitors all the time there. It's safer than anywhere in the US. You've a much higher chance of gun crime in the US than a bombing in Dubai. Even with a bombing, the stats don't compare.

First thought was the list is trash because the Simpsons ain't on it. That show is top 15, probably top 10.

Nothing from the era of I Love Lucy, which is always in anyone's top ten list. Or even a bit after that era.

Then to have a one off like BoB on there without putting a discrete season like True Detectives 1 on there is not consistent.

All adds up to a crap list, at best.

The sequel book coming after the initial series is the reason for that, I guess. Pea Eye wasn't as old in the book, IIRC. His age in the series was damn near that of Call/Gus, if not older, and that worsened his simplemindedness. It's odd, based on the TV character, to say the least, though she wasn't going to marry anyone she'd been with as a prostitute. Been a while since I read the books, though, so I could be wrong.
