He means because the guy said he can only listen to Maxwell's Silver Hammer on Abbey Road.

Radiohead is one of the most overrated bands out there imo. I've tried to get into them a number of times but I guess I just don't "get it". But they have a massive following so I guess I'm kind of the same as the people to don't like Phish.

I actually kind of agree that Radiohead is overrated. Other than OK Computer and Kid A, their albums are pretty hit or miss and I can definitely see how some don't get it. Those two albums, and especially OK Computer, are just so damned good though. And it's always amazing to me how they were released a couple of years apart and they have two totally different sounds to them.

Who's the other ambulance chaser from Alexandria? And I don't even know what the second sentence means. I don't speak CENLA.

In Rainbows is pretty incredible IMO.

In Rainbows - From the Basement

^One of the best presentations of musicianship I've ever seen.

God, I can't even listen to that album anymore. Every song has some romantic or social failure from high school attached to it.

Yeah, I like In Rainbows but I just don't think from start to finish it holds up as well as OK Computer or Kid A.

Love that Weird Fishes / Arpeggi from that link though.

Abbey road is probably my third favorite Beatles behind revolver and let it be. Sgt peppers is near the bottom with yellow submarine

Eta: radiohead isn't the same stratosphere. Guess I don't get them either
