I already posted the highlights of summer tour twice in this thread. You keep citing the "experience" which is great and all, but when it comes down to the actual musical aspect of it there is nothing.

The musical aspect of it IS the experience
And the musical aspect of SCI lulz at 3.0. You'll disagree because you don't like bluegrass, which is pretty hilarious coming from someone who considers themselves musically inclined.

You keep trying to claim that, but never post proof.
While we are at it, the Bisco Irving run was better than anything SCI has done this year too.

i would like to add that it seems the guys had a lot of fun making this album
and that it is clear to me that mike gordon is the real brains behind the phish music machine, not trey

While it is more of a collaboration now than ever, let's not get carried away: this is Trey Anastasio's band. Mike is better than he has ever been, which you definitely can't say about Trey. I wish they would have put "Yarmouth Road" on Fuego instead of his solo album. I really like that tune and am glad Phish still plays it live.

Yeah that 1 set was stupid. But you can blame lolWaka for that. You can't really talk either because you haven't seen them outside of a festival. Heady you really can't either.
Didn't realize you are a SCI vet.

Have you ever listened to 2002 cheese?
Posted on 7/6/14 at 7:15 pm to BooneTrails
Let the butthurt flow buddy
But yeah basing an opinion of how a band performs live off of a festival set is just stupid. Same goes for any jam band.

Just pointing out that you are wrong.
Posted on 7/6/14 at 7:34 pm to BooneTrails
Not really. I haven't listened to much SCI period.
You guys got links to good jams I'll check them out

Wrong about a personal opinion? Ok.
But seriously,
Kang/Billygoat>Troy
Gordo>Moseley (as a musician, definitely not as a person)
Hollingsworth>Page (this could be a tie)
Travis/Haan>Fishman
