What's the board's opinion of the Dirty Guvnahs

My son just turned me on to these guys. Knoxville band. . I'm up in the air about them. They have some strong tracks but then they seem to be missing something

One Dance Left is an awesome song and I like Revival as well, but I get what you’re saying and I can’t quite put my finger on it either.

Used to date a girl from that part of the country like 15 years ago and she had some sort of family friend connection to the band so she got me into them. I’ve always enjoyed them

Holy crap...I haven't thought of them in years. I think the last time I saw them was about a decade ago at the Rhythm and Blooms festival. They were great on stage. I think that was about the time they broke up. Looks like they are back together and playin at the Southern Skies Festival in Knoxville in May. The Black Lilies are playing that one too, and are also pretty awesome to catch live.

They're extremely derivative from what I heard. I guess if you really love Black Crowes, it'll scratch that itch.
