Talks about Zion a bit to this board's tune but then he references the successes of the current NBA while still pointing out how great MJ was:

quote:

played 82 games in 9 out of 15 seasons

Ed Daniels is a classic New Orleans treasure. Still love watching Friday night football when I catch it.

He's not wrong and his point is well taken and mostly agreed upon across all fanbases. Unfortunately, the owners give 2 shits about our opinion as long as the bottom line looks good as Ed points out.

In case this is you posting/reading this, Ed, just thought I'd share a critique:

The amount of ads within that article and the formatting of the text/article seemed very amateur. 3 huge ads and an enormous photo in the first 4 scrolls that broke up the article so much that I almost didn't read it.

His final sentence puts a nice closure on his article. However, I don't want to hear Zion whining when people are giving him the business for not playing.

Josh Hart is playing injured. This guy does not take a day off.

Jonas - 79 games
Trey- 79 games
Naji - 77 games
CJ - 75

Those mentioned above definitely played banged up this season. CJ gets some grief here but he definitely has some grit to him. Plus I believe he really takes care of his body before and after games.

I also think Nance and Jose played through a lot of pain as well. Jose physically broke down a bit at the end.

Jose makes sense at least b/c he's a smaller guy playing with his hair on fire all the time.

Zion is a bulldozer, but he doesn't seem to have the desire to do the right thing to protect his body. He's too young to be this injured.
