Foreign born stars are the way to go

Top five players in the NBA right now.
Jokic
Giannis
Luka
Embiid
Curry
Four foreigners and one American.
Embiid and Doncic have their issues with fitness and whining but none of the bullshite stuff we see from American players.
Round out he top 10.
Durant
Davis
Taytum
Lebron
Butler
Kawhi
Booker
SGA
Most of those guys are assholes minus Taytum, SGA and Butler.
Then you have the next tier with gems like Ja, Harden, Young, Zion who are either extremely stupid, immature or both.
Spurs are the smartest/luckiest franchise in the league maybe. Two decades of Duncan surrounded by smart foreign payers and luck into Wemby.
We’ve got some high character U.S. players in this team but I’d gladly dump Zion for a someone with similar or even lesser talent they didn’t grow up on the toxic AAU circuit.
As a small market team, you need the next Duncan, Dirk, Giannis, Jokic to win titles.

Sengun and pick 4 for Zion and Pick 14.
Before people scoff. Sengun has played like 40 more games than Zion in 2 seasons than Zion has in 4 seasons.

And 20 year old Sengun and Jokic were damn near equal
Also, he’s played many more games than Zion in 2 years vs 4.
It’s reasonable when you think about it.
That’s before you even get into the maturity stuff, where Sengun also excels.
And pick 4 vs 14 is also a coo tbh.
