I don't think there are a lot of "big names" left unless we're picking up amnesty guys like Diddy or Agent Zero.
The biggest names available who weren't waived are guys like Dalembert, Humphries, and AK47.

Monty and Demps have both talked about Landry being back to the press so it can't be about him. Has to either be Smith or a new backup. They can't be trying to get good players unless they are young and cheap so it probably won't live up to the hype, but definitely better not be tweeting this over Smith.
