So how does D Rose, Rondo, Rubio even make this list with missing most of or the whole season? Just do not understand how you project something out of nothing...

It's times like this I shake my head. Thanks for being one of the few that understand what's actually going on.
He's basing this solely off a projection system and not being subjective. This is an exercise in algorithm, not thought.
Part of the reason Jrue is ranked so low due to this stay in Doug Collins terrible offense the past few years which makes him look worse than he actually is. I do agree that Calderon and Lowry both tend to get over-valued in these systems (Lowry because he fills the sheet, Calderon because he is hyper-efficient).
TL;DR - People bitch about not using stats, when people rank things subjectively, then people bitch about not being subjective when the try to rank solely of a stats projection.

It's my fault. Was more misleading than intended. Saw the list on my phone and posted it without reading into how/why the rankings were created. And I didn't provide a link because it was an insider article.
