It will come down to state by state but my guess is that Elon will eventually be able to buy governors, AG's and eventually whole legislatures off to stop DUI in Teslas.

An OU fan asking if A&M is afraid to play UGA where Texas has played them 3 times... The fact this question can even be asked on an SEC board depresses me. Now I live in a world where LSU won't even be able to play Alabama every year anymore because the Big XII was such a shitty conference.

Break the fricking bank open and go hire Dan Hurley, Nate Oats, Todd Golden from UF, Jon Scheyer from Duke, etc. And you give them whatever money every other top 10 basketball program is being funded with. Then you let them go build a national championship basketball team.

I do have sympathy for him. He's had some bad breaks. He always loses key players at the worst times imaginable. And he's a good guy, good mentor. He inspires his players. He's by all accounts likeable, friendly, etc.

This 100%. I've been involved with some programs in town that he is also involved in and he's a genuinely good guy. My kids have gone to his camps the last 3 years in a row. And it's gonna hurt but it just isn't working out. I don't know why. It's time for a change, really for everyone involved.

That's the whole thing with all this shite. If you go out to a place where there's a shitload of law enforcement, armed federal agents, armed military, etc. - THIS IS THE KIND OF shite THAT HAPPENS!
